were the remote cental locking coded too?

Basically i got a b5 loon and not got remote central locking
i do have cental locking but only at the drivers door with the key
how do i get remote central locking fitted
i hear some people say the ccm
then some say the dash binicle
I have got a dash binicle from a scrapper with the key
which i no i need to get coded
Could anyone help out
