phone connection

Hi guys, I have a b5.5 with tape and 6 cd changer. I want to connect my phone to play music without getting rid of my standard setup. Does anyone know on how to do it? I know about the tape conversions but a bit sceptical about them! Any advice much appreciated! Cheers!
