battery drain passat cc

Hi
Having had 3 occasions where I've come back from an overseas trip to find a dead battery I decided to investigate today.
I've measured the background current when car is locked and settled down to 'sleep' as being 0.35 amps. So a 72 ah battery gives me a max of 8.5 days that I can be away !
I've read various forums and have picked up little that points to the root cause. Common threads seem to be the satnav/radio/Bluetooth system or the door mirror heater position. People often seem to change the batteries but that's not really the right solution as a parasitic current of 0.35 amps is excessive.
I'd appreciate any views on this forum please ?
Many thanks
