Window Tints

Hi guys, anyone got any photos of their cars with 20% or 5% tints? I'm looking to do mine (rear windows only obviously) and can't decide between the two. Does 5% make it impossible to see out the back at night?
Also how easy is it to do if I buy a pre cut kit? Putting a screen protector on a phone is absolute murder and they're tiny. If this going to be magnitudes more difficult?
