engine convertion

hi guys im swopping my diesel engine out my b4 into my b3 which was petrol fuel lines do they need to be swopped over as the fuel pipes on the b4 shell are thinner than the b3 .so ive i use the lines of b3 will it be putting to much fuel threw cheers guys
