B4 rear lights 'middle part' ?

I've seen plenty of b3 rear lights with a middle part 'mittel blende' from hella etc.
But i have NEVER seen a b4 with one.. until now:

Does anyone have information about it - i suppose its not a US part but im not sure..
Anyone have the part-number or have one for sale, or maybe you have details about pricing..
