Looking into buying a 2011/12 Passat

Hello, just want to say completely new here, english guy living in Stockholm Sweden, just about to sell my Touareg and buy a Passat hopefully 2011/2012 model. Still looking. Looking forward to helping out and asking/searching for advice. I think the specs are different over here too.
Here is one i am looking at... 2012

any thing i should look out for?
