loss of power

hi guys ,been having loss of power over 2000 rpm for a few weeks.Code 00575 keeps coming up.Have changed a few things and even bought and fitted a used turbo with no difference at all.When i have car on vag com and in the boost section ,should the %values for the n75 drop when the rpm rises.Either i have got a 2 faulty turbos or its something else.Any help much valued.
