New passat owner

I'm a new member ( be kind )
I'm a proud owner of a vw passat. Bought her 3 weeks ago. It's a62 plate. Se model 140
So far I'm happy with her. Got 828 miles from a full tank. 90% motorway driving 55/60mph ish
Only problem is I can't find a way to delete phones set on blue tooth. It rattles a little from the dash. Will book in to stealers.
