Starting issues!

For the past 6-9 months i getsporadic starting issues. I have a 140tdi. It is normally after i have driven it for a short amount of time and turn the engine off. On trying to restart the engine really shakes and bangs (not exhaust).
I managed to catch it on video last night so will upload and put on here.
The car has pretty much 160k on it now. VW were not able to find anything other than injector seals which they replaced FOC. I already have the new injectors and loom.
I do get grey smoke on cold start, is this terminal?
Has anyone had issues like this before? Whats the fix?
