Touran radiator removal

Hi guys,
Seeking advice as to how simple it is to remove and change radiator on a 2004 vw touran..
I've been hunting around for a Haynes manual for the people carrier but there's nothing been published for it!
I am thinking it maybe a front bumper off job which again I have no clue where to begin!
Any help or pointers would be much much appreciated...
