Oil filter removal tool.

Im wanting to buy an oil filter cap removal tool - one of the metal caps that goes over the plastic filter housing cap. I need one with 14 flutes, but what is the fiameter in mm? as the one ive bought is 84mm. Can you get different size in millimetres but it still be 14 flutes?
