Vag Com Yorkshire Area. Power loss Problem!

Hello
Is there anyone in the Yorkshire area that has vag com and a good understanding of the fault codes.
I'm struggling to solve an intermittent power loss on my B5.5 130pd.
The car occasionally looses boost power. Its has been happening more recently with the hot weather and air con running.
The dash shows no warnings and switching on and of clears the problem.
I have cleaned the egr and checked all the vac hoses and actuator.
I have had the codes read at my local so called specialist and he said the turbo was goosed. I don't believe this because the car pulls really hard when there is no problems, uses zero oil and does not smoke!
Has anyone localish to York have vag com to have a more informed look. I have plenty of beer tokens!
