B3 Variant questions - help a new B3 fan out!

Hi guys, couple of questions about my new B3 if I may. I'm well versed in Golfs and Corrados, but i'm in uncharted territory with a booted dub so please be gentle! 
Load cover rails - are there different versions? If so which ones will I need and where can I find them for a reasonable price??
I know they cost a stupid amount new from VAG!
Electric window switches - These difficult to find? where's a good place to look?
I don't like the shift knob on the auto box - anyone know for any nice OEM items that would be a direct fit? or even any decent custom/aftermarket shift knobs for the auto box?
