Compression Test Results Good OR Bad ????

Recently did a compression test the car was not from cold would say it was just warm
Starting from number 1 (being the very front of car)
1. 320psi
2. 310psi
3. 300psi
4. 340psi
Are these figures good or bad ????
im a little confused
