Help removing bumper skin...

Ok so want to remove front bumper, ideally skin first, allegedly to remove duck bill spoiler I just pull it, is this right as it ain't coming away at all!! Then just remove wing skin studs x 2 and it should pull out does this sound right??
The studs that hold the bumper to the wing need replacing are these available anywhere? Have searched online and no joy.
Also the bracket on the inside of the skin by the wing that slides over the holder has snapped causing the bumper to drop slightly can these be replaced or is it part of the bumper skin ?? Hope not or I'll have to get a new bumper
