Help clutch slipping sgain

I bought my passat b5.5 tdi sport with 93 thou on the clock. I had it remapped then the clutch started slipping so I bought a VALEO solid flywheel clutch kit which sorted it. The car has now clocked 114000 and the clutch has started slipping again! Where can I get a decent clutch plate from? Or what should I do? Thanks
