Water in rear quarter panel??

Water in rear quarter panel??
In the cubby hole in the boot area to the right hand side as you look into the boot, behind the hatch where you can store bits and bobs, I keep getting pools of water in the plastic tray that sits in there??? Really weird as cant figure out where it's coming from? Window seal all good, as are tailgate seals, any ideas of where to look?
