Thumbs up for VW Sinclair Swansea

Well I finally took delivery of my B7 Tech Sport Estate on Friday and love it !

Only "gripe" I had was the lack of an MDI cable to hook up my Ipod but after a quick visit to the dealer yesterday I was given an adapter free of charge.

That's a big thumbs up for the guy in the dealership who saw me go into the part dept to enquire about said adapter. I'm going try for some floor mats and a boot mat today lol.

As well as giving me 1/4 tank of fuel and paying for my road fund licence they've gone ut of their way to look after me and ok I appreciate that's what they are there but in comparison to other dealers and car supermarkets they excelled my expectations having not been in contact with sales people for 8 years.

I don't know if this the same for others here but it's service of that standard which will influence my next purchase be it accessories or a new car when the time comes.
