B3 Wagon

Post by RichieMKONEgti »

Been on the look out now for a replacement daily and have always liked the b3 shape and e36 tourings but the e36's were out of my budget. so have just been keeping my eyes peeled for the right motor.

this came up on retrorides on the 5th of november and a deposit was placed on it on the 6th

i live near middlesbrough and the passsat was in somerset so i booked a flight and flew down on saturday off a very long 12hr friday nightshift

over the phone conversations the car was described as immaculate with the odd little thing to sort but in viewing it there was a few more bits than expected but i got the price down a little and a deal was done ready for a 310 mile journey back home. ive got to say it never skipped a beat and was comfy as could be and for a 1.6TD it was more than capable on the motorways

So plans are get it looking in a better state than what it is and then start getting ocd with it while the golfs off the road not sure on what wheels to run but im open to any ideas and just keep it alive and look after pepe with my own spin on it

Hope you like
