engine and box mounts

Looking at some maintenance, car not handling as well as it should, starting o suspect ageing engine and gearbox mounts could be partly to blame.
10/97 saloon tdi - afn engine and dhf box
Looking for OE part numbers or alternative suggestions for box mounts, l & r engine mounts and snub nose mount.
