EGR Deleting

I'll say sorry in advance as I know this will have been asked before, I did a search but couldn't find the answers

I've bought a pair of egr blanking plates off ebay. Do I need to fit both of these or just one?

Also is there anything else that need doing or is it just a case of fitting the blanking plate/s?
