Water Water everywhere

It's not the plenums.....
Having tested the sunroof drains with water and a wire, the 2 front drains are not draining. the wire will go to about 4 inches below the windscreen but no further. the windscreen has recently been changed, is it possible in fitting a replacement screen drains could be crimped shut?
This may all be too late as dashboard lights are on when the key is out and the key no longer turns the engine off!
