b4 wagon 2.0 to vr6??????

i have a 2.0 cl 1995 estate. was wondering if the vr6 was a big expensive job? i am not handy at all so would need to give it to some one else and pick it up finished lol. if anyone knows any one that could do the job around essex please let me no. cheers. chris.
