Towbar electrics

Hi all, long time listener, first time poster 
picking up my 2012 2.0 Se estate in a couple of weeks, and am looking for a towbar fitter in the North west (for a caravan so twin electrics).
anyhow prices range from £250 for a bypass kit through to £650 for a VW supplied equipment, fitted by a 3rd party.
However I have read that for this car a dedicated wiring is essential and anything else will invalidate the warranty (this is in the manual apparently)
so can someone recommend somewhere in the north west that can fit a normal towbar with ECU encoding and proper dedicated wiring that doesnt want a pound of flesh!
the best is £400 fitted with dedicated wiring and ecu coding, but it appears the VW equipment is priced at least 33% more than other bars and friends bars they have had fitted.
