RNS 510 Version C help!

Hi All,
I have just brought this Item from Ebay and want to know your guys input.

Also need to find out if this will drain my battery and will this work with my steering wheel buttons? ie Vol, Track changing and muting?
I have Passat 55reg (B6) 140 BHP this modle was identified as Injector problem (Fixd FOC from VW)

Is there anything else I would need to be aware of?
