crazy tire wear after lowering (help)

hi guys, ive been having problems with my car ever since i have lowered the, im running on 19s, 225 35s on the front and 235 35's on the back, problem is on the inside wall of the fronts has worn away, bad! had new ones put on in feb and one has already worn away and ripped, had it checked by a garage thinking it might be too low and some thing touching it, but he said its not that its just uneven wear! surely it wouldnt wear that much on the inside wall and nothing on the rest of it. my cars not that low so i dont understand what it could be, has anyone else had any problems with tire wear after lowering or know what i can do?
