Clutch and flywheel....any realtime recommendations?

Hi guys.
I've got an '05 Highline TDI 100 Estate with the AVB engine, 152k miles.
It has recently started to judder on the clutch, and jerk quickly on set off. I know that the clutch and flywheel are going to need replacing, but what is the best way to go about it?
Stay with the DMF? fit a single flywheel kit?......what are the best kits?, value for money over cheap rubbish, I want it to last as I'll be keeping the car for a while yet.
Does anyone have any realtime information that they can help me with?
