re ecu and car battery

hi anyone if i disconect battery then unclip ecu for a while will i loose radio code???? ive changed battery b4 and never lost code is radio code stored in ecu any help please gonna clean plenum drains in next half hour and check if theres been any water in ecu box help help asap please thanks
