Rear calipers failed!!!! :(

Went shopping
Gets in car
Brake pedal goes straight to the floor and light comes on dash "brake fluid"

Get out and brake fluids everywhere round the back wheel!

Get it towed to vw (aa) and they tell me rubber seals gone or summat??

Anyway they advised me to change bother rear calipers because they look in bad shape 153k on clock

That's fine at a price of £965 fitted both sides

I say ok go ahead but they ring me back and say the one I really need is on back order!!! And it could be a few months!!!! But I need my car back on road asap!

They been really nice about it and not charged me anything for diagnosis and says they will fit any caliper I supply just not offer me guarantee on it which is fair enough...

So I'm struggling here

I've rang up everywhere but the second hand calipers are all sold and can't seem to find any for the osr!

So I'm thinking of getting mine refurbed?! Both sides?

Any ideas where I can get this done from
Locally preferably , I live in chorley , northwest.

Also will it be worth my while doing?!
