V6 4 Motion - what's it worth ?

Thought I'd ask the question before it goes on Pistonheads etc.
We've a 2002 (02) V6 4 motion, manual. 160k miles, full black, heated leather. FSH in Reflex Silver. It sits on AP coilovers which were put on the car when we bought it at 99k miles.
Bodywork is very good for it's age and we fitted a set of 18" alloy reps (unmarked) and budget tyres nearly a year ago.
We have all bills for work done in the 3 years we've had the car which had new brakes last year and the clutch was replaced at 99k miles. Runs just fine and returns an average of 29mpg (high miles due to it being a daily driver for my other half's 110 mile round trip to work).
It has an export spec front bumper and bootlid (slightly different appearance than a standard car - we've an unused number plate holder, in reflex silver, ready to go on if you want the plate to be in the middle of the car.
Tax runs out at end of Feb - few months MOT I think.
Bad points;
Think that the rear n/s spring may be cracked.
Slightly noisy 1st gear (has been like it ever since we bought it and hasn't got any worse).
Cannot get the engine management light to go out - we had new lamda sensors fitted 3 months ago to no avail. The emissions check out fine so the cats are OK. Foxed.
What do you reckon ?
