how much for fitting coilovers?!

hi guys, been looking for coilovers for some time now. been looking on ebay for some and wondered how much it would be to fit.
one guy my mate knows said around £100, is that a ok price to pay? was thinking of doing it myself but aint sure if its worth it.
ive got a 5.5 tdi 130, recommend any coilovers? want to order them this week..... cant wait
