PD130 bit rough/flat when cold...?

Hey,

As its got colder I've noticed the damn PD130 wagon is a bit rough/flat when the ambient temp is 10deg or less.

I wait for the GPL to go out before start etc but nothing changes till the engine warms up and all is perky again.

My thoughts are a screwy CTS or iffy glow plugs (it does white fuel smoke a little when cold).

anyone else got the same/fixes?
