My car is a Passat TDI 1.9 2003 model.
I am having problems with the things mentioned in the subject. The problems come and go, and have been gone for several weeks, but has now came back. It started this winter, it was av very long cold period with snow. It got quite wet in the footwell, but I checked the wiring harness and the CCM under the carpet. The cables looked fine, and the connectors were not corroded. The CCM-board inside the two boxes was also looking dry and fine.
Usually when I drive the problems come in a few minutes (remote windows does not work etc), and maybe after a few more minutes i hear a clicking sound in the doors, and then it works fine again.
I have used a third-party VAG-COM cable and used VCDS Lite registered version. It reports some faults, the output of auto-scan is pasted under.
I really hope some of you guys are able to help med sort out what could cause this problem.
