Had a DSG Remap - Revo Stage 2 :D

For any of you B6'ers out there with a DSG box, this is a must. I had Revo remap my DSG box on Wednesday!
Its like a totally different car. Amazingly, faster up-shifts and down-shifts, torque limit has been raised to 500Nm to accommodate mods, and rev-limit raised to 7300rpm in Drive and Sport to match my engine-rev limit thanks to the Viezu engine map done shortly after I got the car.
Manual mode is now true manual (no kick-down no auto up-shifts). I was nervous about this at first, but I was sooo wrong to be. This makes the DSG so much more involving to drive - a-lot more fun. Pulling for the gear at the last possible second and getting that lovely DSG pop is fantastic (its actually more like a ruddy great crack of lightening sound now it revs higher!)
Then the pièce de résistance... Launch Control has been elevated from 3200rpm to 4500rpm

I'm hoping that might be enough to push me into 12's on the 1/4 mile. My previous best was a 13.21/sec with half a tank of petrol on-board. With the extra revs, harder launch and less petrol - you never know! Even a 12.99 would make me a very happy bunny!
