KO4 on eBay

I was just serching for new turbo and find this.

Advert say made in germany but it looks the same as chinese poo which is sold on eBay.com
It is not KKK that for sure, the only kO4 which fits to Passat is KO4-15 and this is dam cheap not as usually with KO4.
I have never heard about K04-23
Am I correct?
