Sat Nav! Whats Good, Whats Bad?

Getting ready for Worthersee so we need European maps and as Rox is a community nurse a more reliable one than our old Navman is needed.
So far the Tom Tom IQ looks the best deal. Looked on comparison sites and they all say different, whats your views?
