4 motion suspension

Hi i have a 03 130tdi 4motion estate , not long after buying i fitted Koni FSD dampers all round ,whilst improving the suspension it still wollows like a pig .I am thinking of further upgrading the suspension ,can anyone recommend uprated springs /antirollbars .I donot want to lower the car as it already has trouble on speed humps .Any thoughts appreciated
