engine checks

hi new to the forum just bought my 4th passat its a 2003 tdi 130pdp black se anyway couple of questions bought the car 2nd hand 95000 miles fsh belt changed at 74000 i feel the car labours in each gear change until the turbo kicks in if i take it to an independant how much will they charge to run an engine test also my back door is sticking have greased it but sticks when opening and have to pull again to open then works fine for about 10 mins then sticks again can anyone tell me the price of a new lock supply and fit thanks in advance
