Chrome trim around rear window

Guys and Girls
Had an idiot hit my rear door in a car park when I was not there and they done a runner. I need to replace the rear door and get a bit of the quarter panel pulled out .
I can find doors with the right paint code but none have the chrome trim around the window or at the bottom of the door . Can this be taken from my original door and fitted to the replacement one ? If so how the hell dies it comes off ?
