battery draining ,constant draw of 0.4A

Hi Folks
im nearing the end of the road with my wagon
I need to park on a hill or jump start every day
ive tried removing fuses and no drop except no.15 drops to..3A
unplugged alternator,ccm and after market stereo with no changes to the draw on the battery
I've also fitted a new battery
my clocks randomly drop to zero and all warning lights come on for a couple of seconds then all returns to normal
I've tried reading up but can't find the same faults elsewhere
