Removed a lot of stuff out of it, like sat nav, sub, radio...
Also spent a lot of time to get things right. Got rid of EGR, replaced both CV Joints and boots, new clutch and flywheel:

Another second hand climatronic unit as old one was playing up:
After removing dash also found dash rattle - it was replacement glass glued in too close to the dash, causing squeeeekking noises!!! After trimming dash round and refitting all noises are gone!
Whilst at it decided to changed steering rack as the old one was knocking and I damaged the adjustment bolt whilst trying to tighten it.
