Hello and spare wheel question

Hi All, I'm a long-term Passat owner (lost count of how many I've owned). Just bought a 2024 estate R-line eTSI. I'm Old-School and like to carry a spare wheel for emergencies (I've driven long enough to have had some REAL emergencies!). What wheel can I buy that will fit on? Doesn't need to match, just to be used as emergency spare to get me to a garage. And no, I don't want to spend much money .... thanks!
