FHN & GGB gearboxes have same drive shafts ?

hi peeps just got myself another Passat … it’s a 1.9tdi s 130 5 2004 5 speed box I believe it’s got the GGB box innit but I’ve been advised to fit the FFN box as it’s stronger if this is the case will it fit straight in with original drive shafts ?

Reason for replacement is engine mount bust n damaged half shaft leading to seal breaking n I drive it home 60miles like this was ok until got closer to home n was finding gears notchy wanted to get it rebuilt but had quote for £850+vat so 2nd had no. Seems best option… all help very much appreciated
