Clutch and DMF kit recommendations

Good morning all, wonder if anyone can give me a bit of guidance...

My car is a 54 (2004) AVF 130pd with 01E 6 speed box.

I'm really struggling to decipher which clutch/DMF kits will fit my Passat. I want to go with LUK but it seems they no longer produce a complete 4 piece DMF/Clutch kit my my Passat? And SACHS seem to only go up to a certain VIN production number? They say the kits fit upto 3B-5 E065 675 and my Vin 3BZP038*** and I can't find any kits later than that? Am I reading the vin plate wrong?

Can anyone recommend a half decent kit for my later B5.5? I replacing as the DMF is rattling and its done 164k and want to keep her going a few more years if possible. Not looking for anything uprated, keeping everything stock (no tuning etc)
