Glow Plugs - Would you change them?

Going to service my B6, it's a 55 plate with 24k on the clock. Startup is fine unless it's cold or been left a while. Would you change the glow plugs?

I can get 4 x NGK plugs for £28 so cost is not a lot, I'm just not sure if they need changing
