Window Switches

So i've just sorted my leaks and want to finally tackle my drivers window multi function switch issue. Since I had it the drivers window rocker switch only did 3 functions - auto up / auto down and manual up. Manual down does nowt. I did remove it and cleaned it, attempting to rework anything with no difference (once when I had it and again when I removed the door panels for the infamous door leaks).

Now I've found the passengers window control on the drivers multi switch thingy has also gone the same (except its the auto up thats stopped working).

Any pointers or is it a new unit?
