A surfboard should have been delivered last Tuesday,stayed in all wk waiting (tracking has not got out of warehouse yet,still there since last tues!) poor response from them and no apology or explanation. Will try and deliver it tomorrow,nice of them. I suspect I will have little joy getting the freight cost back £25. I'm dreading it turning up damaged and from what I have just been reading about them I will be lucky to get any reimbursement from them.
