Timing Belt changed and now engine is shaking

I had my timing belt and water pump changed at the local VW specialist today..

Afterwards i felt there was a little more vibration than usual, i looked at the engine bay and there seemed to be a lot of engine vibration.

The dipstick was really shaking, i have had loads of different TDIs over the years but i have never seen an engine do this..

The drive belts were changed at the same time..

Car is a Passat AWX 130

Could it be timing or something else ?
