plasters

Post by fonzooorooo »

Woodworking for work and spannering old vws for 'fun' means barely a day passes when I haven't got some sort of cut, abraision, knuckle knocked off etc...

Which leads to sticking a plaster on it.

10 years ago, that was a reliable act... Plaster goes on, stays on, hurts when you take it off and required white spirit to shift the glue. NOT ANY MORE!!

All the commonly available ones use some pathetic water based glue that seems to let them tumble off with heat, movement, breathing wrong, you can forget about washing.... Even elastoplast 'tough' plasters seem to only stay put for an hour or so...

I can't be the only one! Are there any good plasters out there? Brands, ideas, links please!
